Returns

Pursuant to art. 5 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your products; if you wish to return the items you receive, you will be reimbursed for the price of the products excluding shipping costs. To exercise the right of withdrawal please send an email to the following email address customercare@ilovericcio.it

Refunds

www.ilovericcio.it reserves the right to verify the condition of the products, which must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged; refunds will only be provided for products returned in their original state and will be made in the shortest time possible and in any case within 30 days of receiving the customer’s notice of withdrawal, as per Italian Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999.

Payments

If you pay with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. Please note that the instalments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their transferees, and that you consent to this transfer.
